By using boply (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Location Data: The App requires access to your device's location data to function properly. You understand and agree that by using the App, you are providing your consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal Data: The App requires information about your interests and preferences to function properly. As per our Privacy Policy, we will not collect personal data as defined in UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will use the data provided on interests to create bulk datasets that can provide business analytics and insight.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
